A peachy-pink, modern sour beer, co-fermented and aged on raspberries, cherries and vanilla in stainless steel, lending bright but well-integrated tartness with plenty of creamy lactic acid and developed fruit flavours.
Sour beers hold a special place in our brew crew's hearts here at our island taproom, so we think it's true to say that this beer was brewed in response to one of the most frequent requests the brewing team receive after 'can you please change a keg?'.
