Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Brisbane’s French bistro C’est Bon, this farmhouse-style ale carries an island twist. Native pepper berry lends a kiss of gentle spice, layered over robust carbonation and a dry, refreshing finish. Intriguing yet easy-drinking, it’s made for long lunches, shared plates, and curious palates.
Perfect with cheese, cured meats, pâté, seafood, game—or even pastries and cakes.
Malt: Voyager Atlas, Vienna, Munich, Flaked Wheat
Hops: Styrian Goldings
Yeast: Farmhouse
