Big Rock Stout (2026)
Brewed to bid farewell to the 2025/2026 oyster season in Moreton Bay.
Eight different malts, Centennial hops, US Ale yeast, matured on French Oak.
The result is a depth of roast cacao, caramel, toffee and sourdough toast crust with sweet anise spice, rose and a bittersweet orange citrus finish.
Malt: Voyager Veloria, Atlas, Munich, Crystal, Carafa, Chocolate Malt, Roast Barley, Caraaroma
