Our newest special release has arrived... Saison de Table.
Brewed in collaboration with Le Festival and C'est Bon Restaurant, this refreshing table saison is the official beer of Le Festival 2026.
A classic French farmhouse ale with an island twist, it's brewed with our house wild culture, a traditional saison yeast and finished with aromatic lemon verbena. Bright citrus, a hint of peppery spice and a crisp, dry finish. Made for long lunches, shared plates and curious palates.
